Custom Castings is a non ferrous foundry manufacturing high quality aluminum alloy castings and zinc alloy castings using the gravity permanent mold process, semi-permanent mold (sand core) process, and tilt pour process.

Our tool and die department, CNC machining centers and ISO 9002 certification gives us the capability to produce consistent quality metal castings, turn key products and assemblies. Our castings range in size from one ounce (28 grams) up to 100 pounds (46 kg) and a sample of some of our custom products include gear boxes, bellcranks, housings, housing covers, lids, hubs, levers, mounts, caps, arms, handles, enclosures, couplers and pedestals.

Established in 1971, Custom Castings occupies a 50,000 square foot (4,645 square meter) facility. We have built our reputation on helping our customers reach their business goals by providing concurrent engineering, professional service, on-time delivery and competitive pricing.
